What is a spa booking system?
Software that lets guests book a treatment, a therapist and a time online, instead of calling or messaging. It keeps the schedule accurate by booking each treatment for its real length and blocking therapists' breaks and days off.
Can guests choose their therapist?
Yes. Guests pick the therapist they want when they book, and only see the times that therapist is free.
Can treatments have different lengths?
Yes. Set a duration for each treatment, and Waqti only offers slots long enough for it, so a 90-minute massage never overlaps the next booking.
Can I take walk-ins too?
Yes. Walk-ins join a live queue from your QR code and see their estimated wait. On a fully booked day, pause walk-ins and keep every booking.
How far ahead can guests book?
From tomorrow up to a week ahead, on the days you've published, within your opening hours.
How much does it cost?
