What is a barbershop queue system?
A barbershop queue system replaces the paper list or the “who's next?” at the door. Walk-in customers join a digital line from their phone, see their place and estimated wait, and get called when a barber is ready. The shop runs the line from one screen.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Customers scan your QR code or open your link, and the queue runs in their phone's browser. It works on any phone.
Can customers choose their barber?
Yes. Each barber has their own line. Customers can pick a specific barber, or join whichever line will be fastest.
How is the waiting time calculated?
From the services already in each barber's line. A fade and a beard trim take longer than a quick cut, so set realistic durations for your services and the estimates stay accurate.
Can I take appointments as well as walk-ins?
Yes. Customers can book a time with a barber up to a week ahead. On the day, they check in with their phone number and join the same queue as walk-ins.
How much does it cost?
RM49 a month per shop, or RM490 a year, with every barber included. There's a 14-day free trial and no card needed to start.
