What is a salon booking system?
Software that lets clients book a service, a stylist and a time online, instead of by phone or DM. Waqti also runs a walk-in queue, so salons that take both can manage them in one place.
Can clients book a specific stylist?
Yes. Clients pick the stylist they want when they book, and only see times that stylist is free. Walk-ins can choose a stylist too, or join the Fast lane and see whoever is free first.
How far ahead can clients book?
From tomorrow up to a week ahead, on the days you've published. Slots follow your opening hours, each service's length, and your team's breaks and days off, so nobody gets double-booked.
What happens if a client is late?
Check them in on time and they keep their slot. If they arrive late, they join the queue as a walk-in, so the next client's appointment isn't pushed back.
Do my clients need to download an app?
No. Clients open your link or scan your QR code, and book in their phone's browser. It works on any phone.
How much does it cost?
